We include largely unhealthy fat in our daily food plan. Primarily we should embody Omega – three fatty acid in our food plan. There are two Omega fatty acids – Omega-3 and Omega-6. Their ratio must be 1:36 respectively in our each day diet. But it’s exceeding to 1:3060 respectively which is not good for our health. The reason of this imbalance is that we will simply find Omega – 6 in our day by day diet but the sources of Omega – three are restricted and not sufficient.
